Cinnamon ice cream ........ 3’20€

Cinnamon ice cream made with cinnamon from Ceylon with golden Apple compote and decorated with cinnamon stick.


Grandmother’s crème caramel ........ 2’50€

Crème caramel with caramel syrup and whipped cream made with milk from our farm and our hens eggs.

Custard and chocolate pie ........ 5’40€

Layers of puff pastry, custard and chocolate cream, made with the finest dark chocolate, topped with strawberries sauce.




Dark chocolate mousse ........ 3’50€

A chocolate mousse tart made with our hens eggs yolks and the finest dark chocolate, with a thin layer of shortcrust pastry and topped with hot white chocolate sauce.


Cheesecake with raspberry ........ 3’60€

A creamy cheesecake tart combined with the sour of raspberries.
