Cheese creme caramel.

Creamy custard made of cheese and spiced with cinemon under a thick layer of soft caramel, topped with caramel sauce.



"Mel i mató".

Ricotta cheese mouse over a lemon cookie topped with a honney gelatin and 
caramelized nuts. 



Rice pudding

Sweet rice pudding made by boiling the rice with spiced milk with vanilla and cinemon, and topped with cinemon. 


Chocolate coulant.

Black chocolate muffin with a heart of melted chocolate, topped with a mint ice-cream.


Apple cake.

Foiled pasrty with vainilla custard and carameliced apple.
