Roast Grilled Tortilla




Well here I bring you Argentina typical recipe grilled tortillas

Ingredients:       

1) 500 g of flour

2) 100 g fat (pork or beef) melted

3) 200 ml of cold water

4) salt to taste

5) sunflower seeds or sesame


steps:Step 1) Put the water in a bowl and keep adding salt until the water seems to us a little bit salty.
Step 2) In a separate bowl mix the flour, threw in central fat and a little salted water to prepare.

Step 3) Mix together and form a soft dough that does not stick to your hands. Throw sunflower seeds and mix well.

Step 4) Divide into two buns and stretch in circles 1 or 2 cm THICKNESS, prick with a fork. (For Inchen not.)

Step 5) Put on the grill with coals underneath (not many) and leave until golden, about 20 minutes, turn them over and brown the other side, about another 20 minutes.


Step 6) Remove, let cool and enjoy, preferably with a good mate.
