                                  Lacasitos bread.


Ingredients :
2 teaspoons dry yeast
350 ml water
500 gr of bread flour
1.5 teaspoons of salt
200 gr lacasitos

Step 1:
Pour the yeast in a bowl with 100 ml of water. Leave for 5 minutes and then stirring to dissolve.
Step 2:
Mix the flour with the salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the center and pour the yeast water.
Step3:
With a wooden spoon, flour enough removed from the sides of the container and mixes with water to form a soft yeast dough. Cover with a kitchen towel and let stand 20 minutes until fluffy mass, a smooth consistency and increase slightly in volume.
Step 4:
Pour half of the remaining water in the center of the hole. Flour mixture in the center side of the container. Add remaining water as necessary, until it forms a firm, moist mass.
Step 5:
Pour the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Knead about 10 minutes, until smooth, shiny and elastic.
Step 6:
Put the dough in a clean bowl and cover with a kitchen towel. Fermented from 1.5 to 2 hours, until doubled in size. Deflate the dough and let rest 10 minutes.
Step 7:
Shape dough. Put on floured baking sheet and cover with a kitchen towel. Wait 45 minutes, until doubled in size by the end of fermentation.
Step 8:
 Bake in pre-heated oven at 220 ° C for 45 minutes, until the bread acquires a dark golden color and sound hollow when you hit the base with your finger.
